FEATURES AND TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE

Ultimate Aire restaurant hood with make up air PSP 

Ultimate Aire Model UA-ND/PSP, Type 1, exhaust with make-up air is a low CFM unit for use over 450°F, 600°F and 700°F cooking surface temperatures, ETL Listed for all types of cooking equipment.
Front supply Plenum provides up to 80% make-up air..

FEATURES AND A DVANTAGES

  Exhaust Flow Rates: Superior exhaust flow rates. A 4' hood can operate at 150 CFM/ft or 600 total CFM.
  ETL Listed: ETL listed for use over 450°F, 600°F, and 700°F cooking surface temperatures, providing flexibility in designing kitchen ventilation systems. ETL Listed to Canadian safety standards. NSF Listed and built in accordance with NFPA96.
  Front Design: Double Wall front design prevents condensation and directs grease-laden vapors toward exhaust filter bank.
  80% Make-Up Air: Delivers up to 80% make-up air via the hood's perforated supply plenum (PSP).
  Low Make-Up Air Discharge Velocities: Typical discharge velocity is 150 to 200 ft/min.
  Directs Make-Up Air into Hood's Capture Area: A large percentage of the make-up air discharged from the front perforated supply plenum (PSP) is directed into the hood's capture area.
  Even Distribution of Make-Up Air Across Length of Hood: The perforated supply plenum (PSP) delivers the make-up air evenly along the length of the hood.
  Stainless Steel Construction: Fabricated of Type 430 Polished stainless steel on the interior and exterior of the front to enhance the appearance and aesthetics.
  Sturdy Construction: Sturdy stainless steel construction with double wall, insulated front panel. All seams, joints and penetration of the hood enclosure to the lower outermost perimeter that directs and captures grease-laden vapor and exhaust gases have a liquid-tight continuous external weld in accordance with NFPA 96. Hood is wall type with a minimum of four connections for hanger rods. Connectors have 9/16" holes prepunched in 1.5" x 1.5" angle iron at the factory to allow for hanger rod connection by others..
  Pre-wiring at factory: Fitted with UL Listed incandescent light fixtures with globes pre-wired at the factory, to illuminate the cooking surface.
  Industrial Grease Baffle Filters: All hoods come standard with UL classified aluminum baffle filters, removable for cleaning.
  Capture and Containment: Exceptional capture and containment of cooking vapors. This is accomplished with the ND "Triangle" on the front of the hood's capture area and the"C-shaped" design of the hood's capture area.
 Grease Drain System: Drainage at 1/8" per foot minimum slope with removable stainless steel pint grease cup for easy cleaning.
