JOB DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES

Our Job Design & Engineering Services are available if you are in the planning stages of your project, but will be selecting and purchasing equipment later.

A well designed commercial kitchen is the foundation to a successful food service facility. It is the critical ingredient to ensuring an efficient, safe and comfortable work environment.

PROJECT JOB DESIGN / ENGINEERING INCLUDES:

	Analysis of site suitability for commercial application.

	Determine optimum point of exhaust and make up air return based on installation/site variables.
	Determine hood size, type and CFM load per site and specific equipment lineup.
	Determine duct size / length / transitions in relationship to CFM/FPM in accordance with industry, NFPA and State code requirements.
	Recommend optimum fan specifications based on installation variables.
	Provide electrical specifications (voltage, phase, amperage) for field wiring.
	Prepare project specific ventilation equipment schedule, including list price for bid purposes.
	Provide AutoCAD submittal drawings which include fire systems and electrical schematics and all other necessary details for permit approval.

Costs for this for our engineering service are determined by the scope or the project, with a typical
starting price at $600.00, which covers all of the above services and is applicable to most projects. If the scope of your project could require additional charges, we will discuss that with you before any design work is begun.
PLEASE NOTE: Payments for our Design and Engineering Services will be fully deducted from your equipment purchase if you select the equipment as specified or similar from our quality UltimateAire Hood and Ventilation Product line.
